Nothing says brunch better than a spicy Bloody Mary! The spicy heat from this recipe doesn’t just say brunch, it SCREAMS brunch!
Hot Pickled Garlic Bloody Mary Mix
makes about 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
3 cups tomato juice
Juice from 2 lemons
Juice from 2 limes
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 Pickled Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¾ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/3 cup Pickled Garlic juice (strained)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Garlic Bloody Mary
makes 1
Fill a glass with ice.
Add 1 ounce vodka.
Top with Garlic Bloody Mary Mix.
Stir.
Garnish with a skewer of pickled garlic.
